Villa "ELFI" is located 10 km to the northeast of Varna between the resorts "St. Konstantin and Helena" and "Golden Sands", just above "Sunny day Co".
The Villa is surrounded by plenty of greenery, situated 500 m from the coast overlooking the sea and the stunning beaches .The access to the beach is about 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car .

Our rooms are spacious, airy and contemporary furnished. Four of the rooms are Air-conditioned. All of the 8th rooms have on-suite Bathrooms, Cable TV , Fridge and Balcony with stunning view .
The breakfast is included in the price ,lunch and diner should be pre-ordered
On the Ground floor it's situated large hall with sofas and TV, space for games and area with tables and chairs for up to 18 people if you would like to eat indoors
The beautiful Garden is terraced and offers an area with parasols and sun lounges on the first level where Guests can enjoy the beautiful view to the bay. The Children's Play area is on the second level and the Stoned court for "Petanque" and other games is on the third level. A huge antique pot from Roman times, discovered during the building of the villa, is the beautiful centre piece of the garden Parking for 6 cars is situated under the first terrace
